- Game 1 Perks:
*Windows of Opportunity:
The Auras of Breakable Walls, Pallets, and Windows are revealed to you within 24/28/32 metres.

*Hyperfocus:
After hitting a Great Skill Check while repairing or healing, Hyperfocus gains 1 Token, up to a maximum of 6 Tokens
For each Token, the following stack-able effects are applied:
Increases the Skill Check Trigger odds by +4 % per Token.
Increases the Skill Check Rotation speed by +4 % per Token.
Increases the Skill Check Bonus progression by 10/20/30 % of its base value per Token.
Hyperfocus loses all Tokens when succeeding a Good Skill Check, failing a Skill Check, or if the action is interrupted by any means.

*Dead Hard:
Dead Hard activates after being unhooked or unhooking yourself:
When Injured, tap into your adrenaline bank and dash forward quickly to avoid damage.
Press the Active Ability button while running to trigger the Endurance Status Effect for 0.5 seconds.
Dead Hard then deactivates.
Dead Hard causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds
Dead Hard cannot be used when Exhausted.

*Stake Out:
Every 15 seconds you are within the Killer's Terror Radius, while not being chased, Stake Out gains 1 Token, up to a maximum of 2/3/4 Tokens.
When Stake Out has at least 1 Token, Good Skill Checks consume 1 Token and are considered Great Skill Checks, granting an additional Progression bonus of +1 %.
Great Skill Checks do not consume any Tokens.

*Off the Record:
After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Off the Record activates for the next 60/70/80 seconds:
Your Aura will not be shown to the Killer if they attempt to read it.
When injured, Grunts of Pain are reduced by 100 %.
Grants the Endurance Status Effect.
This effect is cancelled prematurely if you perform a Conspicuous Action.
Off the Record deactivates once the Exit Gates are powered.

*Adrenaline:
Instantly heal one Health State and sprint at 150 % of your normal running speed for 5 seconds when an Exit Gate opens.
Adrenaline is on hold if you are disabled at the moment it should take effect and will activate when freed.
Adrenaline will wake you up if you are asleep when it triggers.
Adrenaline ignores Exhaustion.
Causes the Exhaustion Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.

saving the last survivor on hook at end of the game is pretty risky unless you have 3 other teammates still in the game sometimes i take the risk saving my teammates if the killer is facecamping the hook i wouldn't take her place on the hook i feel bad for my teammates who get facecampt 💜

Something I don't see a lot of doctors do is time when they induced tier 3 madness into the survivors, I'm guilty of it too but it's so much better to maintain tier 2 most of the time then induce tier 3 to buy time while you're chasing someone.
If you just gun for 3 everytime Doctor really misses out on how much survivors will have to focus on spotting and hitting skill checks and be left open to being caught off guard
