    Early morning Half spoon chia seeds in 1 glass water, soaked overnight and make kind of pudding with seasonal fruits and nuts..
    After 2 hours, 100 gram fruit.
    After 2 hours, for lunch half boiled vegetables, small quater plate. Or Raita
    After 2 hours, green veg n fruit mix smoothie.
    At 8 pm, take your dinner.
    1 chappati with gravy or boiled rice with gravy.
