      Don’t worry, you’re fast too. He can watch a full episode before I cross the line, and I’m at race pace, not tempo. LOL

    Lionel -- thanks so much for this series & putting everything out there. I'm less than a year into triathlon with a strong running background and this kind of data is super helpful to be able to look at as I train for my 1st 70.3. Good luck in Idaho!

    This really is the best content in triathlon currently. It’s on par with what Dylan Johnson is doing for cycling. I’d love to see you do a Patreon so fans could contribute to specific projects and help defray some of the cost. Talbot is getting so popular these days I’m sure he doesn’t come cheap anymore. I would certainly pay a Patreon fee if it meant exclusive access to streaming of hype content or POV Videos I could watch while training.

    Really thinking about doing one more time a sprint phase for 4weeks now and afterwards starting with the Ironman phase
    I don’t know why but in my mind that sounds like a god damn genius idea

    Love this data-driven stuff, but Lionel gives us a helluva lot more than data. He gives it all...guts and glory. I'm an old fart so loved the comment about five days recovery necessary now instead of three days a few years ago. It's common sense and common knowledge, but it really hits home when someone of Lionel's status talks about it.
