Extensive dog hair, throw up, mud inside and out, stained interior, piles of trash, etc) I just send it off to a detailing company we partnered with to clean it. Rental companies don’t touch a puke car. We pull it out of rotation bill the customer an extra 250 bucks and call in an outside cleaning service to clean the car and steam it to kill bacteria. We can’t even have our drivers get in that car cause vomit, feces, blood, and body fluids are classed as a biohazard
