Seen them twice and both times were fucking amazing. Must say that Japanese crowds are WAY different from British and Dutch crowds though! No pits or fighting, just listening to and appreciating brilliant music.

One of my favourite bands of all time - top level song-writing. It's a pity Ihsahn's vocals are so sub-standard. Always sounds like painful throat singing without use of the diaphragm. Couldn't he have got some coaching in how to do harsh vocals properly? He could have also masked the weakness with some effects, but it's dry as well, so sounds even worse.
