I have quire as I have done trussing work with gi roffing sheet. 0.35mm 7 years ago but now I'm noticing moisture or condensation underneath of my entire sheets hence I have decided to do pvc false ceiling 1500sqft area PLEASE advise is it right decision

Useful information, which is the better material for home? I couldn’t listen the price of gypsum board ceiling with labour cost.
For residents gypsum would be a better solution if there is no risk of any seepage or places prone to moisture. In that case you can opt for PVC/WPC. If you are willing to spend more on false ceiling then premium side wooden/ply wood ceiling is good to go.
Gypsum ceiling (material plus labour cost) 50-55/- per sqft. (May vary from place to place).

Normally material plus labour charge anu cheyyar teams. . Avrg 55/- per sqft.

Hi.. it was very informative. Would like to about the frames. I planning to gypsum work for newly build house. It’s normal gypsum work I am planning. What kind of frames do we use. When I spoke to the people they said Aluminum would be fine. When I asked for steel they it is not required. What do suggest which material will be better. Please reply.
Aluminum frames are more than enough.. false ceiling materials are usually light weight and its better to keep the frames light too, to avoide any kind of accidents.. but make sure to select good quality aluminum frames. (You can hold it in your fist ans try pressing, it shall withhold the pressure ).
