@@Liviathan The problem is...he's cool and all...but he almost doesn't have a character. And he doesn't have distinctive speech or even phrases. I mean it is so creepy weird the episode with his wife... And then that time he looks at his shoes while Mulder and Scully make out in prison. We can barely summon the interest to feel awkward. Skinner is too dark a corner. So you have to go deep. Find whatever little specks are there... Exact pace and speed of his utterances. His eye darts...his unmodulated face. Rip his lines verbatim. He's not all there, so you need a microscope or sorts... But you are pretty funny and you should work up some "characters" for these skits regardless. Study that stuff...get technical and detailed... Like he hits that gravel sound in his half whispered voice usually as he takes them aside to chew them out...Turn it on at the same point in your delivery, and with similar depth. You pick the right few things and you can capture someone of any age or gender. Should be funny if you try no matter what...
