    Lottery jiska bhi lag ho kismat se koi badi bat nehi hota.
    Kyuki SARKAR ka toh roj ka 30% laghi jata hai.

    sir question 7 (section 194B ) any expenditure made on earning from winnings from lottery ,allowed for deduction ? Agents fees Rs20000, why it is deducted from 2 lakh? sir I guess TDS should be 30% of 2 lakh, not 30% of 1,80,000...plz clearify

      Yes it's not mentioned in notes! But it's an expenditure for occuring to earn income from winning and lotteries so agent money is expenditure like commission type so we should deduct !
