I have an uncle named "Melvin" and there's an old video by the Nostalgia Critic called "Melvin Brother of the Joker" that's infamous for being one of the worst Nostalgia Critic videos, yet I don't get mad about that video. So what's these Karens' excuse? Like, it's just a meme, calm down. No rational human being actually thinks that just because someone's name is Karen then that automatically makes them a Karen (as in the meme). Hell, your name doesn't even have to be "Karen" in order to be a Karen. Karen is a way of life. Anyone can be a Karen. Even men can be Karens. Plus if you're name actually is Karen, you could just embrace the meme. You could be like "Yes, my name is Karen, but I'm not like those other Karens", or you could make jokes about seeing people's managers, stuff like that. That's probably what I'd do if there was a meme around my name. (Hell, there actually already is one, sort of. The "M'lady" meme is the closest thing to that, since that phrase sounds a lot like my real name, which you can see in my username. I actually find it kind of endearing whenever people see my name and say "m'lady" and *tips fedora*, stuff like that.)
Yes he realizes but he does not care about the views. He just cares about the quality of his content & actually making good videos. You have to understand that WGOR was hurting his mental health so he had to stop. Besides, his channel is not dead as he still has people who support him. If you actually watched his video, you would know.
