I'm rewatching this and I never really understood this part, Dagon's Shikigami are not invisible, they're sure-hit domain attacks, they don't exist untill the already hit you, a lot of domains have this function.
Yeah I know but they have some form of trajectory, right as they hit you, they animate them come into being, I probably just described it wrong
@@PrinceOfWhatifsGG Attacks that can be intercepted in domains are not sure hit techniques, like when Gojo just smacked away Jogo's domain attacks. Toji is a special case, Dagon couldn't use sure-hit attacks because it targets Cursed Energy and Toji doesn't have any, that's when there was movement and form when Dagon attacked Toji. Although a domain's sure-hit attacks aren't always lethal, like Hakari's domain where he forces information onto you (not infinite like Gojo). The sure-hit techniques of a domain quite literally just appear in an instant, which nullifies any speed difference (in the verse anyway), not even Gojo's "infinity" can stop it. The only ways to counter sure-hit techniques are anti-domain techniques like Simple Domain (New Shadow Style) and Hollow Wicker Basket. Falling Blossom Emotion, although it lets you counterattack and move, is an improper way since it uses cursed energy at the exact moment the guaranteed hit lands. It can't be used to counter a technique, only an attack. The best way to counter a Domain would be to expand your own Domain.
