- So many of you have asked me how I keep my hair looking healthy & shiny & what did I do to regain my hair after my post-partum hair loss so after how much you all loved my last hair oil & its amazing results I thought I shall bring you this most amazing hair oil recipe that is my go to stop hair full, for intense hair growth , strengthening roots and shine. It also aids in keeping your natural hair colour rich & strong. Watch the video where I list the ingredients & their benefits & show you all how I make it. Always make small batches especially with your DIY's as this shall keep it fresh & more potent & use this hair oil thrice a week. Do make , use & share your results but consistency is key so keep using this once to twice a week constantly to keep the hair healthy. Remember alongside this keeping yourself properly hydrated , taking your vitamins & making sure your diet includes a lot of fresh fruits & vegetables will aid in giving the best results. Also make sure you exclude or limit white sugar , excessive salt & junk food from your diet. Can't wait to see you all use it & tag me while doing so !

Onions : 3
Coconut oil: one cup
Castor oil: 4 to 5 tbsp
Methi daana, (fenugreek seeds): 3 tbsp
Kalwanji (Nigella): 3 tbsp
For nice fragrance add few drops of rose water or Lavender oil.
Grind well all the seeds with onions, coconut oil, castor oil.
Cook on low heat in a non stick pan while stirring with wooden spoon. Then, add one cup of almond oil and cook it for one minute. Now strain it well. When it is cold then add one tsp of rose water and few drops of Lavender essential oil.
Now, the oil is ready. Keep it in an airtight Jar. And, always warm it before using. Massage the oil on your head with finger tips. Leave it for 45 min to one hour. Then, shampoo your hair.

Nice recipe with all amazing ingredients. I have question these meethi dana Fnugreek seeds are not actually methi dana, these are looking methray. Can you confirm it? Meethi dana is like poppi seed small size and brownish while methry are mustard.

I did onion treatment after multiple hair bleach and and box hair dye. This does work
i loved that you started your video by saying salaam. :) good recipe, but i wouldnt add rose water, as water and oil do not and should not be mixed. better to add rose essential oil. Water can contaminate the oil.
