Off topic, but for research to help family: with the Vaseline on the feet, after you rub it on the towel a bit dod you sleep with socks on or off? Does it matter? If off, wouldn’t that get the covers all Vaseline-y?
It was recommended to wear socks, but I hate sleeping with socks on, so I didn't do that except for maybe a few nights IIRC. I imagine the results would probably be better with socks, though.

I enjoy the asmr but I guess I just would prefer personally if there was a talking part in the beginning, for like 5 mins or less and then the rest be no talking and just sounds. Not everyone will agree with that but that’s just how I feel.
