😲 Wasn't expecting that price. This needs to be on a Ford chassis.
They are pricy but great quality!
Loved it when Matt said B+ is called B+ because it gets more views on CZcams. Matt keeps it real!
Lol that’s how we roll
Man, they could have made this without the slide...I might have been interested.
I agree the shelf in the bedroom sucks, let her have her dislikes, Matt.. I dont see her doubting your dislikes 👍
Thanks for the feedback!
I wish Winnebago would stop using Mercedes chassis’. Their CCC is worthless. Once you deduct water weight, there’s enough left for two people and some clothes. Why they put in so much storage that you can’t use is beyond me. 1089lbs minus about 500 for water leaves a little over 500lbs. Two people at 300lbs and you now only have a little over 200lbs for stuff. I don’t see how it’s possible to use this without overloading.
All storage and slide on same side too
I 100 percent agree.
Agreed. And while they do have the EKKO, dump the 156" wheelbase, and use Fords 178" wheelbase (like LTV does) to compete with Mercedes 170" wheelbase. With that 3.5L Ecoboost engine and AWD, it would be a Mercedes killer!
Right. I just don’t get it. They’re building rigs that can’t be used for anything. Then they tell you it sleeps 4-5, except you can’t have 4-5 people in it. SMH.
Totally agree and 1 more dislike which is a deal breaker for a senior like me and my wife. It’s that DREADED PLACEMENT of the microwave which I believe is the most used kitchen appliance. Totally unacceptable to have to get on your knee(s) to warm up your food. I would rather exchange an upper cabinet with the microwave. And like you mentioned the CCC is ridiculous!!!!!
i am just not liking slide outs lately,i am not climbing on that roof to sweep them off before you slide them back in,
Thanks for watching!
Very nice! But forget the piano hinge and add drawers beneath the dinette seats, please.
Matt, people care about TORQUE when it comes to diesel, NOT HP.
Thanks for that info!
It’s under rated anyway. But 💯 torque is winner.
I’ll be excited to see the new engine- the upcoming 2.0 4 cylinder is so much nicer.
-Dinette need’s piano hinge!
-CCC is tight.
-I want a window on BOTH sides of the bunk over cab.
Microwave is FINE where it is.
Bathroom door, nice idea.
Bedroom shelf, no issue.
Outside storage is great! Lawn chair storage too 👍🏻.
BUT, thats $195,500 canadian 😂, sorry but my ram monster turbo diesel dually, and awesome full fibre glass camper was 25G less. I got a far superior vehicle n camper, and won’t have roof failure in 10 years. Cute camper but you’re overpriced Winni. 🍻
Matt always makes me smile. I watch these videos with a smile on my face.
I like this color scheme much better. The light cabinets are a fabulous upgrade. The kitchen is very nice with plenty of storage. That storage outside is awesome. I also like the sinks being stainless instead of plastic. The dislikes are the shower rail being low and the corners taking up so much room. The locks on the outside. This is a nice change.
I would hit my head on the shelf too Andrea. I agree about the connection oven being too low
Thanks for watching!
I absolutely love the kitchen and the placement of the TV. I wish recliners were an option.
Thanks for the feedback!
Pay attention n look at the floor plan 🤪
ok, i've already seen enough (as soon as Andrea stepped inside, haha!) I LOVE IT!!!
I’m glad you like it!
One comment was being kind when he said 2 people is 300 lbs…. Have not weighed 150 since 10th grade 48 years ago. 😊. The lack of CCC in the Mercedes chassis, the lack of storage, the bland monotone colors and the crazy price tag makes these class B’s a terrible choice for us. Thanks Matt & Andrea!
Thanks for the feedback!
I like this one, and think I would be comfortable driving a 24-footer. I really like beds you can use without slide-outs, and an all-electric option.
Thanks for the feedback!
I love your dress Andrea! It looks good on you girl! 💕
Thank you! ❤
Awe thanks so much 🤗
I LOVE this rv!!! despite the microwave on the downlow! haha! Thanks Matt and Andrea!!
Thank you for watching!
PSI would change out the Propane cooked top. To an induction cooked up.
Very nice exterior paint job, nice interior update and really like the herringbone floor design.
Thanks for the feedback!
Great review Matt! And priced nicely!
Great design, hefty price! Love most of it except the shelf on the headboard.
I have to say, Matt your not a jersey or too critical like u said someone said. Your just have that good of an eye with the wisdom to speak truth and the kindness to share it with us all. I've learned a lot from watching u n appreciate your knowledge. I do....hate the sometimes inflection on prepped for solarrrr n always turn down the yelling but love the new yourk accent n all u do....love Andrea n will n Jenn. Keep doing you Please. You are a visionary kind hearted awesome smart business /family man!!❤
Put it on a Ford Chassis to get CCC to something useable and they would have a winning recipe, on Mercedes, it’s a non-starter unless you are just driving it to soccer practice.
Thanks for the feedback!
I could n would use that bed just like that wouldn't even need slide out extra comfy cushy. Nice unit. Love u guys❤🎉
I really love the layout in this early, the color coordination throughout the spot. I really like the bathroom, the only thing I would have to say about the bathroom. I wish they would take the shower up higher on which is a ceiling, or put some tiles around there Outside of that, this is a perfect review. WaY to go Winnebago.
Thanks Matt and Andrea!
Thank you for watching!
Dam Andrea!! you look great! Nice dress choice.
Beautiful motorhome. I love you interior design. CCC really needs to higher.
Thanks for the feedback!
Class B+ is still my favorite type of RV.
They are great!
Andrea's right about the shelf, I don't care how impossible it is to hit your head, somehow, I would find a way.
Lol I hear ya!
World renowned Walnut Grove better book early! I like this it's a contender! thanks for the awesome walkthrough guys.
Thanks for watching!
Very nice, thanks.
You’re not remembering correctly Matt and Andrea. We’ve had 2 Navions, both with porcelain toilets. Love your show!!!
Thank you so much! ❤
And hve u seen how many people copy you. U led the trend!!❤
I was so psyched to see this until I saw the insane $191,000 MSRP for the oldest and most uncomfortable dinette only floorplan in the history of RVs😢😢😢
Awesome review
Love your content. I've been watching all your videos in preparation for my upcoming retirement. I am tall (6"3') and your videos are very helpful for me to find a compatible shower (Thanks Wil!). However, I noticed that even though there is good height in the shower, not all driver’s seat slide back. Taking a shower is nice, but I must be able to drive the rig🙂. Could you highlight in your future videos if the driver seat slides back and if the steering wheel is adjustable.
Really like this unit
nice on the outside!! the doors may have twisty style opening but, at least the doors open out and down not UP like most Mercedes rv's i've seen! this is nice, so far. let's see the inside now!!
Thanks for the feedback!
This looks like the inside of my 2006
Winnebago view
I mean your entire business is honest rv likes n less likes...its why your so successful ..hello people
Too much money. Not enough pounds for storage after filling propane & water tanks. As a senior, the location of the microwave is unacceptable.
The huge compressor refrigerator is the best part!
I love those refrigerators!
I love my 3 way fridge, choice is superior! 🍻
@@SpykersB 3 way are great as long as the temperature doesn't get much over 85. At 90°+ in FL, Our Norcold 3-way would spike to 50-53, then drop to 36-42 in evening. Due to wife's medications, they must be kept constantly between 33° and 38°. Compressor fridge only solution for us in the Florida summer 🌞 heat. We had the Nova Kool 6406D out of Canada installed in our 2017 Winnebago Navion. It's dual compressor is phenomenal at keeping the refrigerator between 32 and 38° And the freezer drawer at 7° even in the Florida heat. Since it's designed for sailboating, the compressors do not have to be level.
Very nice! 👍🤘Thank you! Thank you!🔶️🔸️💛🧡🧡🤎🧡🧡💛🔸️🔶️
Thank you!!!
Great video and excellent review! Perfect as a mobile office (by the way do most folks not convert their table to a bed due to the table eventually sagging or warping?)
Thank you so much! I haven’t seen many people do that mod but I could see it.
Hey guys, I'm back. Not a Winnebago fan. But this one do look nice! Go Coogs!!
Thank you!!
I love everything about this.....except the price tag. If it were 75% off, I'd be there to pick it up tomorrow.
This a nice one Matt 😊
Thank you!
very very nice. I'm looking for this type of RV as a home. I love the top cabin space for a bed. I'd convert the back bedroom though to an office. Love the bathroom. Kitchen is great too. I'm OK with not having gas for the stove. Induction cooking is what I'd prefer. This one is hitting my top list. I plan to own an RV next year.
Not sure you could full time in that MH with the low Cargo Carrying Capacity
I love this unit but dont like the microwave down below, and it better have a porcelain toilet for that high price! 😊😮🤑
Thanks for the feedback!
Lol Matt being sarcastic 5:55
😂
I wish I was a Piano Hinge Wholesaler!!!!!🤣lmao
The white paint is called white wash they use it in farmhouse styles😊
Why have a bunk over the cab on a Mercedes? CCC is so low, even if you do not fill up your water before traveling. I must be color blind but everything looked beige to me (not Matts shirt lol). Entry level at 191k is a joke.
Liked the lay out, good storage (you likely can't use) and a ok bathroom
Thanks for the feedback!
Ha ha ha ha! That’s $50k over what it should be, retail or discounted.
The auto level adds about 300 lb therefore our OCCC= 1300 lb w/o auto level. but we did option everything else in our navion. Water is 8.34 lb/gal; so 40 gallons equals about 333 lbs. These are not full-time vehicles. We fill between 1/3- 1/2... About 160 lb.
Hi Matt and Andrea! Nice Rv! My dislikes are the microwave too low not high up. No storage on the outside on one side. That’s all my dislikes. My likes are the bathroom storage inside, and the decor. Like the dinette. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
Thanks for sharing, Sherri!
best space i've seen on a Mercedes chassis
Thanks for the feedback!
Hopefully they'll replicate the interior decor in their class As.
I like this but is there larger sizes?
Bigger than a B - nice floorplan.
Thanks for watching!
At 10:02 does Andrea say “Lombard support” instead of lumbar support?
I would like this if it wasn't diesel.
These prices have gone over the top. Soon they will top my home value ($255,000). Am I the only one who has sticker shock for such a small RV?
Is this avail with a Ford or Chevy chasis...may bring the price down a bit!?
Same comment as in a previous video. Here again we have a Class B+ that's wasting space.
HOW? It has a perfectly usable overhead bed that is XL length for taller people but is only 49" wide. If they made it larger - we're talking 12 inches (1 to get to queen width plus a 1 inch rail, then that is the sleeping area. Leaving the rest of the interior minus that foot (put a small wardrobe on both sides?) as space for living. Yes, people have complained but this IS a small motorhome. The read bed takes up 7 feet of space and the bathroom and kitchen is small.
Now imagine if the kitchen and bath split the rear space evenly and there was simply open space in the middle. No island, no 2nd booth, just open space. You might not even NEED the slide-out.
Where you sleep in a B/B+ should be the one compromise you are willing to make if it would give you the same usable space as a typical 30Ft model. Yet the idea of a separate sleeping "room" persists.
Maybe next time they’ll review the Winnebago Porto (poddie) and then Matt can say Porto-ble !!
Lol I love it!
no, no piano hinges, Matt. just install drawers underneath! i would rather have drawers than lifting up the cushions for storage. personally.
Thanks for the feedback!
No tv hookup in bedroom?
Like number #1 The bathroom (especially the door and toilet), #2 Kitchen sink & counter space, #3 the dinette. Dislike #1 folding bed, #2 limited outside storage, #3 the low cargo carrying capacity
Thanks for your likes and dislikes!
I totally agree with Andrea. That shelf above the bed needs to go. You couldn't prop pillows up and sit in the bed comfortably and watch TV. That shelf would be hitting you in the head
Thanks for the feedback!
Hey now!!
Hi there! 👋
Ina gotta de Vita.
Love the Iron Butterfly reference
I meant a jersey u r not a jerk!!!!
❤
👍
Needs a stove and oven
Pretty, but as usual NO closet space. 😢 Especially for the price.
Interesting. Kudos for the for the interior decor yet can still see the compromises to hit the lower pricepoint. That said, the pricepoint difference isn't that great, approx $15K MSRP, where would probably opt for the View/Navion. Probably the only dislike is that is the only floorplan with the folding bed. And then there are others that differentiate - missing the 'aircraft' door, no U shape dinette, and a foot shorter on the same chassis. Speaking of chassis, that brings the unspoke question and 2024 View/Navion is not published on their website. The first generation
Vita/Porto occured with the major chassis redesign 2018/2019 with the Vita/Porto introduced and built on the previous generation chassis with the View/Navion offered on the updated chassis. Smart move by Winnebago, avoiding a mid-year chassis changeover in the View/Navion, using up the old chassis stock inventory building the Vita/Porto which then disappeared as stock was depleted. Does this re-introduction with the second generation foreshadow what is coming as Mercedes shift the chassis to a 4 cylinder that has similar output to the current V6, intending to build out the 2024 Navion/View on that chassis? Things should get interesting.
Thanks for the feedback!
What were they thinking? The ccc is so low…
DId you say 188hp?
Nice! Ford would be way better though!
Pros and cons to both
@@MattsRVReviews yes! CCC & lower price for ford? I do love Mercedes…always. I’ll be living year round. Pulling a small toad. I love this size, but 32-36 Class A, is more practical ? I keep going back & forth. So hard the decisions.
It has apple carplay and Android auto
"Whitewashed", wood stained with a light white stain allowing the grain to show thru.
Bass? Treble? Booty B?
😂
Don't buy ANYTHING on a MB chassis. It's going to breakdown and be super expensive to fix or maintain. Sometimes, you'll need to wait WEEKS for the parts to come from Germany for repairs.
Not a jerk not jersy
OH, oh........i just saw something i did not like!!!😳🤔 The microwave on the floor (beneath the oven)!! No, no, no! we cant have that!! wow! i am tall, like Becky, 5ft 10in . I wouldnt like having to constantly bend down to use it! bad design or decision to put it down there!! C'mon Winnebago, put the microwave up higher!!
Thanks for the feedback!
Ummm........Matt, I'm pretty sure the Vita is a class C motorhome. ??? Cab over bed = class C and no cab over = a B +. ( Both being built on a cutaway chassis ) I figured you already knew that. You're slipping. : )
Technically any b+ is actually a class C since it’s on a cutaway chassis
Did you know there is verl little price difference between a Vista & say a Jayco Alante', why would you buy this Vista?
Help me understand!🤣lol
I feel like there's very little storage because there's very little cargo capacity. 🤷🏽♀️
Thanks for watching!
Wait. That was a fart, 11:04
I concur but the real question is which one did it? 😂😂😂
😂 definitely Matt
I totally missed it. Thanks for pointing it out...needed a laugh 👍
I understand Matt's doctrinaire point that there is no such thing as Class B+ but to the extent that B+ means anything, this -- with that massive overcab bed/bulkhead -- is a bona-fide Class C, not a B+.
It’s on the boarder because a lot of people call them B+ since it’s on the smaller Mercedes chassis.
@@MattsRVReviews then an e450 should be a b+ as it’s smaller than a Sprinter (interior space).
@@MattsRVReviews Hmmm, well wait a sec, if a normal Sprinter-based campervan is a Class B, Why in the world would one built on the SMALLER Sprinter chassis then be a B+ ? The problem that Matt has been flagging fir years is that technically it is the chassis, not the size or configuration of the RV part which determines the class. That said, he himself freely uses the term "Super C" when he reviews what everyone considers to be a Super C unit. Perhaps "Streamlined C" or "Aero-C" would be more accurate terms than B+ but the bottom line is that people consider RVs which have no overcab bulkhead and are usually narrower than "regular" Class C's to be B+ rigs (just like people call the Thor Axis a Class A even though it is built on a C chassis)
My dislike? Where is a divider to provide privacy between the bedroom and the rest of the RV? It would not be a dealbreaker, but a definite dislike.
My big like? The spaciousness of the interior of the RV and the color of the interior.
Thanks for the feedback!
@@MattsRVReviews thank you.
I always look forward to watching your RV reviews. You and your team are doing a FANTASTIC job. 😊
Views and navions all come with porcelain toilets.
That’s a must!
Matt you are not a jersey. You are a g who's just keeping it real I'm also guilty n makes us not favorites of folks. Toi bad so sad. Honesty over b.s. ❤
Crazy expensive I say no
Kinda look like you could still crash on the bed with it flipped up.
Probably can 😂
6th!?!?!======>YESSSSSSS!!!!
Thank you!!
Who decided there could only be A, B, and C's? lol Likes: benx,, solar, useable with slides in, and cabinet color. Dislikes: ccc (deal breaker), no external tv, folding bed., and the only place to sit is the dinette (deal breaker)., and you have to sit on floor to use microwave. I guess this rv would be ok for a solo, but the price....no way.
