My 2011 BMW X5 right side bulb does not have a retainer clip for some reason. Not sure how to remove it.

How do you do the drivers side? I've been at it for hours and I need to know how to clip the plug back into the bulb. I can't see and plug it in

Twist it to the left (as if you were sitting at the wheel) and then pull.
