Been to many of her lectures though because she's just so amazing as a woman to break through that department and be one of the first.. Did get taught by John Douglas though. Oh my its a small world. I know both Arlene and Norman. I have been around Arlene more than Norman. Norman was a very nice guy. They both had issues just like we all do. Its sad that she lost it and did the unthinkable of killing the one who accepted her but couldnt live with the fact that he will not be with her anymore.

Unfortunately my ex husband was very possessive jealous suspicious.all of that negative thinking was because he was extremely unfaithful so he assumed I was doing what he was doing which I was not. I think about now as I reflect on that past experience I think what a huge waste of my life and time being with this insecure unfaithful person

Most crimes with unexpected killers has mental illness as cause.
And all the traits of a narcissist fit those killers.
Feeling of entitlement, self importance, low self-esteem etc.
Sociopaths, psychopaths and other have ALWAYS narcissistic traits.
That's the base of those illnesses.
If a suspect has those traits you are on the right track (normally).

The problem is that people believe that others must belong to them if they feel deep love for them and become extremely broken if they don't get that love back in exactly the same way from the person they love. To me that's funny.
I'm telling you, it really is a lot more fun to love unconditionally. Not only do you enjoy the feeling of falling in love again and again because you discover that everyone is lovable, you also lose your dependence on others and the mistaken belief that someone outside is responsible for my personal happiness.
Because everyone is actually responsible for their own personal happiness and automatically benefits from it once they understand this.
I have been living this (higher) consciousness for many years and basically love everyone, but I fall in love with everyone in an excited, joyful way as soon as I get more intensively involved with someone. This is true (unconditional) love and it is what true happiness means.
So I don't judge anyone because they "look weird," their age is "weird," or they do "weird" things. I celebrate "weird" individuals even more than "normal guys" because they are braver and more confident. And just because I can love everyone doesn't mean I want to get on everyone's nerves to get that love back. I am grateful for every person who can bring love to me and since every person can do that, I love all people. 🙂
