Good luck to you all sitting your exam on Monday :-)
I cannot believe how you do not have many more views and subscribers!! You have actually saved my life! Thank you so much, and I will certainly spread the word about you.
Thanks again :)
Thanks for your comments - I am glad that you found the presentations helpful. I am hoping to add another this week and eventually to cover all 14 poems in the CIE selection for revision purposes.
+Martin Daly These videos are marvellous, Martin, but... if you could resist the urge to use red text on a black background, my students would greatly appreciate it #MarvellousMartin
Yayy thank you I really needed this :D
Bangtan A.R.M.Y Glad it helped.
Great video and useful. Thank you. Just a note on the Anglican understanding of the Eucharist at this time: it was considered not just a symbolic act. Although it is not transubstantiation according to the Catholic doctrine, there is still an understanding of Real Presence in the host and a genuine act of union with Christ. This subtly but significantly changes a reading of the final stanza which is why I mention it. It is then not just a matching of abstract symbols but a reflection on what happens each time a person attends Communion.
Thanks +eknekron - I agree that this does give the final stanza an even deeper significance. I appreciate your comment.
Martin we love you. Glory be to you on high.

Hi Martin, thanks for this video. I just had a doubt, why exactly is the poet "guilty of dust" if dust represents his mortality?
Thanks m8 !!!! Good explanation :)
