Fancy-a** controllers, indeed! As an owner of just one of them but familiar with most, I enjoyed the flex.
I wanted to buy a hardware synth but pigments basically sounds like what i want. However, im a big hardware person, which midi con troller do you think does best to control and sound design on pigments?
How was the Frae? With it and other other controllers, did you have to use midi learn or what there a quicker way to setup the Frae and the other controllers? Thanks
It’s great for some things and a bit less great for others. I will publish an in-depth review soon.
how do you find the erae touch? it seems really responsive and intuitive to use. Am tempted to buy one
I have an in-depth review coming up, don’t want to go into the details too much before. It definitely has its strengths and weaknesses.
@@XanderEwald ok thank you for you response! do you know when you might publish that?
It will be a few weeks at least.
What was the controller that you used at around 1:09?
Sensel Morph. Unfortunately it has been discontinued.
This is more like advertisement for midi controllers than exploration of Pigments
I prefer to think of it as an artistic expression of my musical, visual, and technological vision. But if you like to see it as an advertisement, that’s okay too.
@@XanderEwald ok "advertisement" was a wrong choice of word, I admit, I ment more like "video about". Exploration of Pigments 4 is missing don't you agree?
@@bakedcreations8985 I do agree, I named it that in lack of a better term. I will think of something else.
@@bakedcreations8985 The new title should describe the nature of the video more accurately.
@@XanderEwald :D well done, subbed!
Is this really music? 😂
I don’t know, you tell me.
@@XanderEwald My personal opinion, no. 😏
Thanks for sharing.
