Wild Card | Destiny 2 The Final Shape Exotic Quest Cutscene

This cutscene is at the end of the Exotic Mission "Wild Card".
This is a post campaign quest and I will state in the description what happens directly after
In this cutscene, we see Crow and Cayde go into the Screeb-hole in order to kill the Abomination that has been taking the Dark Ether. With the Dark Ether Abomination dealt with, we all return to our make shift camp where Cayde proposes that Crow become the new Hunter Vanguard. As such, in a radio message from Zavala and Ikora, its revealed that Zavala wants Ikora to teach him how to use Stasis.

Where do you start the quest

It should be right after you complete the final campaign mission. You'll load back to the starting area with a multitude of quests available to you. You'll need to complete a quest that involves Savathun (don't remember what it's called) then Cayde should have the quest available for pickup. Both the Savathun mission and Exotic quest are fairly straightforward.
