hi trisya, i hope you dont mind sharing..how has your therapy session and your therapist specifically helped made things clear for you? i have been to several therapists and my current one is so far a good match..but questions like "how do you feel now after telling me these stories" and" where in your body does it hurt when you talk about this" does not help me get unstuck.
am i wrong to expect that therapist give their takes on my situation ..is it not allowed for therapists to give POV / 2nd opinions?
Although i felt better letting things off my chest to my therapist i still feel lost..like i know they are there to guide you to walk on your own but sometimes you need advice / 2nd opinions/ ppl's POV of the situation to help you? idk.. let me know if you don't mind sharing your experience..with your therapist. what questions did your therapist ask or what method did your therapist use to help you untangle ur thoughts and made them clear.

Hi! i always get them done at posh belle ampang point. However, recently i found out that breathable nail polishes aren’t halal so i stopped getting them.
These days, if i get my nails done, ill get the normal buffering (mani pedi)
