When it comes to working out, quality matters WAY MORE than quantity. Jake's form was on point. Doing 10 quality pull ups consistently will yield better results than 20 crappy ones long term.

Genuinely Johnnie's progress is super inspiring and impressive! In just a short amount of time, he can do so much more and seems to feel more comfortable/confident doing some of the workouts! Plus, working out and getting some level of regular exercise can be really beneficial with mental health (which is a biiiig reason why I've been doing it tbh)
This feels so real not making it scripted or stage. Recording in an iPhone like an average person. It’s nice to feel like you’re being apart of the video
