Jason Orange always was an underrated member of the group. He has a unique voice. I wish he was the lead in more singles.
@Alexis D'souza Me too - totally agree w/ you. Unfortunately, as nice as TT members are, they can be quite competitive & hurtful to each other as they made fun that they would turn Jason's mike completely off so that you couldn't hear his singing. True or not, there is a reason that Jason is completely off the grid now.
I am hoping that he will come back once concerts can be done again.
All of them could pay for voice coaching which many artists do to improve upon what they have especially for such long concerts.
I hope Jason, Robbie, Howard, Gary & Markie will reunite for a huge benefit concert for all of those who were affected during Covid.

I feel robbed that I only just “discovered” Gary Barlow and Take That! I was a Robbie fan in my teenage years but I wish I had been aware of Take That as a kid. I know I would have been such a Gary fan I would have probably had his poster on my wall for sure! 😆

love this! for context, take that were often referred to as the '90s beatles' because of how huge their fanbase was - really, it was like beatlemania. so this medley was a bit of a tongue-in-cheek reference to that, taking the beatles' classic rock songs and turning them into the kinds of cheesy pop tunes they were famous for. it was never meant to be taken seriously, just a bit of fun!
People shouldn't take this so serious, it was not their intention to imitate the Beatles! Just to remember good music. And I think they do a pretty good job. Pure fun!! Alessandra

The first time I heard them was when they were all kids, they sang this Beatles medley , I knew then they were destined for big things, I was impressed at how the tackled the biggest ever bands songs, 18 yrs later I guess I got it right.

Sarah Lund the best vocalists of them all but i think Barlow was the best guy.
Robbie Williams could always steal the show with his charisma, that's why he was the only one to succeed with a solo career.
@@robertrodriguez7131 For me, Mark was and still is the best guy, not Garry. He's such a good soul. Great personality, has a lovely smile and very good and soft eyes. (Look into his eyes and see his great and lovely soul). Robbie was (and is) a rebel, we can see it in his eyes. I loved that about him. Naughty eyes lol. Sadly, he needed and abused wodka and coke. (Too much pressure being that famous so suddenly?) THE reason why he'd left the band so suddenly. They (bandmembers, Nigel) talked to him about it one day and that day, he'd just left them all in a split second. Robbie was a 'danger' for Take That, can't be drunk and/or taking coke before going on stage, or while recording for a new album etc. It was sad, such a very young man (19) who needed a bottle of Wodka in the morning and also needed coke, speed. (He told this himself years later and said sorry to the bandmembers on tape iso comming himself to a band reunion. Vid on YT, the reunion) Howard and Garry are also good lads imo. Both very serious in their job, singing and performing. Garry also wrote songs as a teenager, before Take That. (Mark does too) Jason, hmmmm, I don't know. I still don't and never did get a good vibe or feeling when I see him. Idi, but I do know, that Jason and Robbie didn't match at all. Jason wasn't found of Robbie. He said so himself. He didn't hate Robbie, but also didn't like him. Mark and Robbie are and were close. They've always stayed in contact with each other. Mark and Robbie, my two favorite Take That band members since 1990. Good hearts they both have. (I was 24 when they've started with the band, not a screaming and crying teenage fangirl btw and I still love their music, it's timeless. I would love, that they all come together again as they did in 2010. I love 'the flood', great lyrics, huge middle finger up in the air to their former manager and record label from the 90's. "Shut your mouth son, or you're floating home". These boys were robots for them, making lots of money for them, but hush hush, do as I say, don't speak or think for yourself or you are out! Sad imo.

I’m from Liverpool in fact I live 5-10 minutes away from the Beatles childhood homes and strawberry fields and members of my family were friends of John Lennon and his aunty and uncle this medley they done and at the brits were fantastic loved it!! And so did Paul McCartney and ringo and I think both John and George would of loved it as well all the people criticising them for doing it get a grip!!!!!
But normally there is the expression "feeding pearls to the pigs". Here we have a band paying tribute to another band that the audience never heard about, so they can't even appreciate what they were listening. They were there simply to give those hysterical screams, and not to listen or even sing along. So TT did a classy act, but to the wrong crowd. Nobody would understand or appreciate their effort.
It's just like in the Beatles concerts: screams from the crowd with music in the background! 😊

what a great tribute to the greatest band ever. i hope the youngsters here understand that the beatles will never be topped. i hope they go and buy beatles records and realise that the beatles will always be the greatest band that ever lived and will never be surpassed. thank you take that for creating another generation of beatles fans.

Wrong. He did also the spring tour in Germany in 1995. In summer of 1995 he quit.

Yes it was atmospheric to say the very least. I saw them at Wembley Arena literally one row from the circle stage. Didn’t think for a second I would ever get so close to them 😁 happy teenager moment I’m never going to forget. That and my later front row ticket another year at Earls Court. ❤️

This band was created as a support act for Gary Barlow, whose musical talent is to be fully respected and saluted here. However, nobody knew at the time that the one who had all the 'star quality', the 'X factor', was Robbie! Gary may have huge talent for writing music, and better vocals, but he misses the amount of charisma needed to become a super star.. which Robbie showed from early stages, but he wasn't really allowed to express too much of. He was the youngest and probably hired to fill the space between Howard and Jason as dancers and back-up singers. While Mark was definitely hired for cuteness and the big smile :)
