Those old kegs are highly sought after for rat rod gas tanks, just watched the wraith again about a month ago and got curious about the car found out it was a Chrysler concept car

That is definitely a 1976 vintage Hotel California album, in pretty good condition. There's not a barcode UPC or a website address on the album. I had a friend in university that was a huge Eagles fan. She hated when I called them the Beagles! Wonder where she is now?
In '71 I was out of the country! (To answer your keg question).
Mike you need to keep a magnet on a stick with you to get stuff out of baskets and bins 👍 stay strong and safe out there 👍

Boy I've been waiting for this I've been waiting and waiting thank you Mike I made $303 yesterday at quick stop recycling I can't believe how much copper is going up it's 11.25 per 100 lb
They ripped you off
You got ripped off bad lol. Last time i sold copper it was like 3 bucks a pound and that was long time ago. Its probably more like 5 bucks or higher now not sure haven't checked prices lately.

I think he means he doesn't like to dig through people's personal garbage cans at their homes. He's less concerned about digging through commercial and industrial dumpsters.

A place in the woods would be great for anyone. To bad they are usually a bit of a drive from the urban jungle and the recycle center. Sacrifice is hard but we all know he will get what he's digging for someday. That chunk of land with the wood shop out back. And by the way he's getting it. no doubt that future property will have a pool, guest house, and I'm assuming he likes to dabble in the garden as well. 😉

@@MikeTheScavenger Just a quick note buddy. More often than not, those heavy medallions on the end of the ceiling fan pull chains are usually brass. Because I know you find a LOT of those.

Hotel California album was enough for me. In '71 I was 12. First thing I thought of was 'That 70's Show' when they tried to drink the keg inside the drained pool. You are so awesome Mike.

The framed album of Hotel California was a thing people did to display albums for their artwork, especially near the temporary end of albums (caused by CD's) to keep their albums relevant. Whoever tossed that album probably didn't realize what they were tossing, probably thought they were just tossing a picture.
Exactly mike I wasnt thought of in 71 my mom was in grade school. Lol. Great finds
the car in the wraith was truly something else! It was a prototype from dodge. 4cyl, 800hp. I believe it was called the interceptor.

I was thinking the same thing. It would help with hauling the appliances.
I totally agree a lift is a perfect idea to save ur back Mike.
2:30 use a small bungie cord to keep the grill cover closed, makes it easier to lift and not opening spilling ashes. Great finds!!

Well I didn’t have any doubts that Dottie could handle anything you can put in her. She’s proven herself time and time again. 😉 The album likely was framed to keep it from getting any more damage. The value will just continue to go up on it. Now for the Big question of the day, how much money are you going to get out of that dryer ?? I forget how much you got before, but it was quite a bit. 😘😘♥️♥️🇨🇦
WOW. Dotty is squatting for sure. Filled her to the max and then some. That was a heck of a load. You really need to be careful lifting all the heavy items. Your young but not invincible. Take it from a paraplegic who thought they were invincible, or at least thought nothing like that could ever happen to me. After all, I was young,31, and worked out everyday. Ran 100 flights of stairs daily, ran not jogged 5 miles several times a week. Power lifted weights daily. But all it took was pulling on something the wrong way one time. It took 5 seconds, YES 5 SECONDS, to change mine,my brand new husband and 4 childrens lives forever. Please stay safe and God Bless Mighty Mike

Had to laught when you said "I'm not a digging through the trash kind of guy", you are an amazing digging through the trash kind of guy and I am LOVING going on your trash digging adventures right there with you! You remind me of my Dad, he never could pass up digging through a pile of junk by the side of the road and I am the same way! I have bought home some great stuff that we have used until there nothing left to use. The tie wire episode was soooo fun and I am amazed you were able to lift forty-five 70 pound boxes and not even be sore the next day! At 64 I can really appreciate that, just taking the trash to the end of the driveway some days levaes me sore the next day! Enjoy that youth and thanks so much for taking us along on your adventures!

The car from The Wraith was a modified Dodge Daytona or that Plymouth variant which is based of or rebadged Mitsubishi Starion. Next time you meet up with that dude woth the Fiero, tell him that Smitty says to restore and keep! A REAL collectors piece.
