      @@lindaf8416 There are benefits to wearing shoes and benefits to going barefoot. Wearing shoes reduces joint impact, helps safely transition from one move to the next with better traction and adds resistance for added intensity. That said, it's also important to strengthen the feet and barefoot is a great way to do that. Since walking is low impact it's a good kind of exercise to strengthen the feet. Some people find shoes are a must for foot protection. If you can, mix it up. Variability is key to results.

      I have a difficult keeping my feet on the floor and avoiding bouncing…do the shoes help with that? Would shoes add ‘weight’ to help my feet stay less buoyant?
