Hey everyone! Very grateful to be unboxing a new macbook. Saying goodbye to my old 2013 macbook pro, it had its time. In this video i unboxed the macbook air m2, 13 inch in 2024 ! I got the base model and space gray color. I also unboxed the case, widgets and a quick set-up. For the macbook I got the student deal, it came with free airpod, however I don't use airpods so I gave it away. Thank you for watching me, enjoy the video.

Guys, the macbook isn't even a month old ( it's been more than 14 days ), and the new macbook Air m3 came out. I brought it from the apple site. The price I brought has now gone much cheaper and the new one is the exact price I paid for mine. Is there anything I could do, or am I out of luck.
this is exactlyy how i felt since i jus bought my m2 jan 🥲. i think the most u can do is a trade in and get the m3 for only $400
did you throw out all the boxes? you can try to turn this one in for a huge discount, that's all i can think of..
I am really happy with the device just that the price has dropped quite and bit and as you know they are quite pricey 😭. For the same price, I could have gotten the newer one if I waited less than a month.
@@byJade yeah that’s so sad. It’s the only thing i can think of, you can try but the discount will be applied after your macbook m2 will be approved at apple. So it will cost another €1200 or something.. 🥲

I got my MacBook Air m2 today. It's my first MacBook and I got it only for $824 after the student discount and after trading in my 2020 iPad 8th with 32 gb. It's super worth it. It's better to invest in a great quality laptop.

I wish MacBook weren’t so expensive so I could buy a new one right now since mine broke from water damage because I accidentally spilt water on it and it went black on the screen and it turned off and turned back.

Tbh, I think I now rather have the lighter colors. Darker colors are more prone to see scratches. However it's up to you

oh no I just read through the comments, were you able to exchange for the m3 or is it too late? 🙁 I’m glad I waited for a discount on my new m3 pro that came in today, but I do wish they announced what date the new airs would come out so people can plan accordingly.

Ive never owned a laptop before so I wanted something that suits my career and personal use, otherwise i would’ve gotten the air which looks really beautiful too 🤍. Hiya! I plan on getting the M2 Air Mac and i saw that you downloaded roblox, can you tell me how it runs when playing mm2? Since its the game that i usually play 😅❤
It's definitely good. Playing mm2 at most will probably just warm it unless your playing hours and hours. I haven't had it lag in any games yet. I usually play on low graphics. Games with a lot going on like Royal high may warm it up after awhile.

i would say keep the m2 the m3 isn’t worth it as it has not that much difference and the m2 is so good
also you can get widgets on your mac with the new sonoma update just right click on your home screen and click the widgets option (i also recommended adding right click by going into trackpad settings and adding secondary click on the right bottom side of the trackpad :). )
forgot to add this but be careful with the cases as they can damage your hinge and break your screen 😢

Omg pls don’t use a case :(( the device will get spoiled when it heats , use a laptop stand instead

Hi! I’m a bit late to reply but using a laptop case will be fine for this particular model. The heat is designed to slowly come up above the keyboard into the air when the laptop is open. :D
