hi @mohnish. Make sure you are not using the lwc component inside lightning out. It doesn't work there. Also , still if you are facing issue , please put your codebase here so that we will have some idea whats going wrong.
@@SALESFORCEPREDATOR Actually I am using lightning out app but we called the app on a VF page and made its tab. So I was in the impression that it would work
@Shreya No, it works in lightning experience or lightning communities. If you want toast messages in lightning out, then you can create custom toast messages using slds or CSS.
