Thanks for making this interview, got to know the reall face of Mr.Pandi Sakthi master. He is being one gem of a person . Just by seeing his workout videos i thought him just some other fake fitness influencer but he is completely on different level.

Pandi is doing a really unique way of training. . It should be Appreciated.60 days training is a marketing strategy. Fitness is lifestyle you have to do this as long as you can. What actually the people going to do after 60 days of training. In a normal way building muscle will took atleast 1yr. He is using anabolics on his students and he is not accepting it. He should accept the truth . Intense trainings are good but the health of inner organs also important. Also a single incident will be black mark for his business growth.

Google ur calorie maintenance by entering ur height weight age and activity
1.Gain muscle : increase ur calorie by 300 from maintenance calories per day until u stuck at same weight for a week. Increase another 300 calories until u stuck again.
Repeat the process until ur desired weight . Increase ur calorie surplus by adding more protein and carbohydrates . Keep 1g of protein per pound of weight
2. Loose fat : decrease ur calories by 300 from maintenance calories per day until you get stuck at the same weight
For a week . Decrease another 300 and so on.

So under the name of personal training these people making money while ordinary citizen waste their money dreaming about body they will achieve. Its is stupid to believe you will get result in 60 days and its a fake transformation unless u use steriod. On average u can gain 8 pounds of muscle if u have great genetics or loose 10 pounds in 60 days . Its hardly visible if ur lets say overweight for example 200lb. Only time u need personal training if u dont know how to do certain exercise properly but now days u can always google the exercises and you get tons of video available at ur finger tips. Ya the science says exercise, yoga help with mental health its hormonal changes nothing to do with his personal training lol if u sleep properly half of ur mental stress will be gone.
