Wow...the release of the Huawei P30 Pro is just about a month ago and you flimed quite a lot in time...good job, 22k subs being deserving!
My favourite non-wheelchair bus models are Volvo B10TL , I used to ride this often on bus service 88 or bus service 161. As of December 2020, 'all' Non-wheelchair buses have been fully retired which will then be followed by the retirement of the first, second and third generation NSEWL trains in four to six years time.
I used to live in Singapore in 2018 and moved to Australia on september 2018 I took the bus all the time Newton station on the down town line

A fine tribute to my favourite type of buses which in a way I'll miss more as I used to drive them all the time here in Glasgow....Volvo Olympians, Leyland Olympians, Dennis Darts, Volvo B10Ms etc and they were all beasts of the roads which I'll sadly miss. The low floor revolution may benefit those with mobility issues and what not but as drivers they have lost their charm the old workhorses once had. Sadly times and regulations change.
I'm glad the video momentarily took you back to those days! Oh well, the majority always get their way don't they... Most drivers I chatted with agreed the older generation of buses from the 90s were the best.
@@glitchFan2428 They were the best. My favourite will always be the Leyland Atlantean as Strathclyde Buses had loads of them in the 80s and 90s and I was never off them. Still I love big 3 axle buses as I've driven a few of them in my 16 year bus career.
All the buses will be going to bus heaven.. r.i.p non-wab buses, you will be forever missed by bus enthus and lovers.

@@glitchFan2428 Perhaps you could do something similar for the Dennis Tridents or Volvo B7TLs, or Dennis Darts! All once very common but slowly faded, you have to know where to look for them now.
Ah, I was thinking more along the lines of attending a bus rally where all the gorgeous classic buses gather at one place. I certainly don't have the expertise to hunt down those on revenue service

It's so sad all of these old buses are going to retire, especially the O405Gs. I hope LTA purchases more bendy buses as they are better on feeders due to being faster for alighting and boarding.
Volgren O405Gs have only 2 more months left. 😭

Sad to see these NWABs (especially the O405Gs) going off the roads. All the remaining ZF Hispano Habits were laid up last week. The remaining Volgrens and Voith Habits will also be retiring in a few months' time.
How I wish more bendies (instead of only DDs) were purchased for feeders...
But I guess change is inevitable...

My aunt and me took the classic bendy SMRT bus in 2018
The fact these buses have not reached their statutory lifespan yet, and got retired from service early is just cruel, especially the low-floor ones, they could be either retrofitted with a "lean" function or a wheelchair ramp.
Yeah it's really sad, but there were other reasons such as fuel economy that affected the decision to retire some of them early

There's no more 0405Gs and there are a bit of volgrens left as most of them got scrapped in this month.
Only the Hispano habits. All the Volgrens were scrapped last year.

The old singapore bus were sbs super buses and buses from germany a long time ago in the 1980 ,1990 until the year 2000😢😢😢😢

SBS9889U Was my only favorite non-wheelchair accessible bus.
now that those buses is still there, we should appreciate it before it gone and take those buses every opportunity we have
Especially the O405G Volgren. On the 4th of July, ALL of them from TIB1190K-TIB1197S will be sent to the scrapyard.
After that the Hispano Habits will have no more friends left 😭

Best to find such buses at Tampines, Clementi and Woodlands interchanges.
Jay Kay Erm Toa Payoh too like about 6-7pm...every few minutes I will see a VSO, either a BRBP (8, 59, 88 mainly) or a BNDEP (8, 28, 31 mainly) one...
Clementi...hmm only CNG though not that much, but a good thing is that Clementi has a large variety of buses!

They are actually very easy to find as they show up as non wheelchair accessible buses on the various applications for bus timings

Very good shots! Too bad LTA destroyed all these good buses due to them not being wheelchair accessible or even dumber reason “destos ”. They should at least have some non wheelchair accessible buses preserved and on revenue service to bring memories. And destos are money saving and LTA wastes lots more money on scrapping the b10ble and buying replacements. Seriously LTA, is it that hard to maintain b10ble.

That's classified as vandalism or protesting, which will get you arrested. People pasted printed notices on the train before and that's what happened to them.

@@smb226b likely there will be Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
SMB 226B which means probobly more double decker buses will replace these non-wheelchair buses on majority of the feeder services that used to be serve with these buses.
