Good on you watching different performances. Unfortunately the BBC made a really bad job with the audio in their live stream from Glastonbury with the microphones sometimes too low or not even working (Moa's was turned off at the end when Su was shouting "We are" you couldn't hear her shouting "BABYMETAL") and they never did manage to plug in the second mike for the bass drums.
Glastonbury is a huge pop music festival, so they very rarely have any metal bands playing and the tickets sell out so quickly (before the line up is even announced) that by the time BABYMETAL were added it was too late for any of their own fans to buy one.
Very few of the people there probably ever listen to metal and even less will have heard of BABYMETAL before this, but they still got a small mosh pit going (that never happens at Glastonbury) and I think they won some more new fans that day.

I have been a headbanger for more than 40 years and the one thing that floored me was my brethrens reaction to this band. They LOVED it and if you know metalheads, they will abandon an act for a number of things but they ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT as did I.
