Hi man, I grew up in a little town in eastern Poland, actually like 20km away from the border with Ukraine. And as kid I lot a lot of stuff what you have tried in this video. Which is saying that eastern Polish and western Ukrainian culture are so similar (Lviv was a Polish city back then before war). I always loved the cabbage rolls (gołąbki), we made it with rice and meat, then cooked it for like 3 hours. It was delicious with some kind of soft tomato sauce (tomato concentrate and cream). The “palacinkas” (naleśniki) was just Crêpes mostly filled with sweetened cottage cheese, with vanilla aroma. I also liked to eat this chicken meat Gelatine thing, sometimes there was some carrot and green beans inside it, to make it tastier you need to drop little vinegar on it, and black pepper. Borscht (Barszcz) always, always delicious, like one guy wrote, in restaurants we serve it inside round bread. It was also nice to eat it in the summer bc it was cooling you a little (if I’m right). Yeah this video brought me back to my childhood, i miss this food. Not because we are not doing it anymore, it’s because I’m living in Switzerland and I’m not so often in Poland, in my hometown region… 😳🥲 #StayStrongUkraine

Carnex Domaća sarma is actually Serbian food industry and the packaging is for Croatia becouse of the grammar on the box so I would say that is not Ukranian but the food is basically the same for all us slavic countries :D I'm from Croatia and I had a few of these when I was on collage and you should try meatballs with mashed poptato as well (they make that the best from all other foods)

As a Ukranian I basically was having the food with Anomaly and Papanomaly by eating the Kyiv cake, and drinking Kvass, cool ambient, but Anomaly ate too much of my cake.
Here in Transylvania we eat the same! The meat jelly roll we call it "Disznófősajt" really good with vinegar and red onions. We also eat Sarma with a lot of sour cream :D

You should do Czech food review. We have fried cheese, schnitzel with potato salad, pork, dumplings and sauerkraut, dill sauce with dumplings and eggs and of course roast sirloin in sour cream sauce and dumplings.

The jellatine thing is best with paprika powder a bit of salt and a boiled egg. In serbia we eat it for easter.

As a Ukranian I basically was having the food with Anomaly and Papanomaly by eating the Kyiv cake, and drinking Kvass, cool ambient, but Anomaly ate too much of my cake.
Is there difference to russian food?

Here in Transylvania we eat the same! The meat jelly roll we call it "Disznófősajt" really good with vinegar and red onions. We also eat Sarma with a lot of sour cream :D

We have fried cheese, schnitzel with potato salad, pork, dumplings and sauerkraut, dill sauce with dumplings and eggs and of course roast sirloin in sour cream sauce and dumplings.

what you tried in cabbage leaf, rice and meat, is a traditional Romanian specific and is served with beer, cream and polenta, and instead of beer you can a plum brandy.

I had to wait for a reaction to write this😁😁 Carneks - Domaca sarma is Serbian food on 3:09 it's nicely written SRPSKI KVALITET and it was made to last more than 10 years, while I served in the army I had the opportunity to eat this type of food several times and some were 12 years old😁😁😁
