A big thank you to writers, directors and actors for getting out of gender binary and exploring the gender in a desi context. This is however a fine line and i am so excited to see how they have done it.

Flawless Saba & king of acting NOUMAN EJAZ both together.
First 11 episodes took my heart away. How delicately the social issues are assembled. Be it one's sexuality, infidelity, betrayal, post partum depression, infertility, dark side of madrassa's, violence against women (both physical and psychological), abusive relations, homophile, bullying, social exclusion and stigmatization of various genders and people living with HIV and what not.
Power packed performance by entire team of actors/actresses. Especially phenomenal execution by Saba Qamar and Nauman Ijaz. Expressions, emotions, vocal tones, body language and what not, everything was mind blowing. Being vocal about challenges a woman and people like Shameem face in this society is not easy.
Truly appreciate, the legendary figure Nauman Ijaz accepted this role and how impeccably he shaped himself into the character.

Just finished all episodes.
Took me 3 days.
Epic for lifetime. In love with every character.
1 to 11 makes you madly in love with Shameem's Character and your heart cries.
11 to 15 is very heavy.
15 to 19 makes you blown away. Till 20th, which makes you get relief. Ending could have been a bit longer but was too short. Overall, it's a piece of drama which touched me and warmed by soul as well as shedding tears so much. I should say, beyond epic. Never seen such acting. Shameem❤️😇 Ma sha Allah. Love and Duas from Mauritius.
