@sujith bro, airline flights open on the port side(left). Usually they open fore and aft doors on the left for passenger movement. Even on an aerobridge the back door is opened for safety purposes.
The starboard side(right) is usually for cargo, fuel and catering services. If they open up that for passenger movement, there will be safety concerns. In very rare cases, they open the right side for passenger transfers
