About two years ago i said i wanted to get an egyptian ankh tattoo on my wrist and now i'm just seeing this interview and finding out she has one as well.The symbol represents eternal life so that was i was so drawn to it.
As many times I watched the Rock The Boat video I've never noticed the egyptian tattoo.
I just got an ankh on my wrist last night (11/7/14)..it's my first. That's interesting that she got hers in the same spot and that it was her last i believe. I have a connection to Egypt as well :-)

You can't see it cause it's small, I was lookingat a HD version of that picture of her with the keys it was still faded out but I could tell it had D.A.D inside the loop area in the middle. it's really pass the naked eye cause that tat so small.

all these years all the things i read i never knew aaliyah had an ankh tattoo until last night, its mostly unlisted i guess because it was so new (and small)
His is on his left bicep. It's really big lol. I just think it's funny that they both have the same tattoo. I know that Aaliyah has always had this connection to Egypt. Damon had that tattoo before they started dating. And Aaliyah had said that she had gotten the Ankh in like June or July. Maybe she tried to match like her boo idk. But it's cute
