Who want to learn/develop and/or pivot into a career?

What are the requirements to achieve an interview in an equity research position? Is a masters degree required or is bachelors fine? What is the minimum grade?
An Msc helps a lot, I got into ER because of it and most of the 2-3 yoe analysts have one. However, there are many with just a bachelors degree that were able to land good internships before ER.
@@Mari-wd6uq hey!! People here have many different backgrounds. Nevertheless, since it worked for me, if I were you I would apply to every single ER internship offer from linkedin, efinancialcareers, etc.
