How do you guys get so strong? I’m 15 and can barely push 125 on my bench. Eating 3000 cals and weighing 138. Eating bodyweight in protein and tracking macros
I mean this in the nicest way, but focus on leaning out before adding muscle mass. It can sometimes be easy to excuse overeating or a lack of cardio with gains but it's definitely worth it to lose some fat first. Again, no offense at all.
Im 15 years old, weigh 178lbs and am 6ft tall. Deadlift 500lbs, squat 350lbs and bench 200lbs(hopefuly I hit 225 before summer).All this is raw. I don't use elbow, knee or wrist straps, any chalk and neither any suit. I only use belt when deadlifting and squating heavy. I don't take any supplements except vitamins and 5g of creatine every day. Rest is pure food. Am I powerlifting material?

I dont know what to do. @152 lbs bw I can squat about 200 lbs deadlift 250 lbs and keep in mind I dont train legs rn. and I can bench 315 lbs. ive been training upper body for years now, and I was training legs too but I got an injury and gave up on it after that. anyways now im in a delima, how do i train my legs, If I do a linear program my bench will not progress at all. but if I do an advanced program my lower body training will not be as efficient. what do you think?
@@scab268 no clue if you will see this but man I really hope you have started working those legs. Having your bench flatline for a while as you increase your legs is okay, but first of all your squat should most definitely not be 200lbs at 152 body weight if you are a serious lifter. Increase your leg strength and stop being stupid, I hate the "I always skip leg days because its hard" BS, just do it and learn to love it.

163 lbs is a good weight, not skinny, I weight around 130 lbs and i squat 90kg (PR is 100kg)

My bench is completely wack compared to my squat. I squat 405 but can only put up 225 on bench.
thats not wack, you generally you deadlift a bit more than you squat and squat much more than you bench.

Great job man! I just turned 15 a month ago and my last week of being 14 I got a 365 squat, 250 bench, and a 385 deadlift. 2 weeks ago, I got a 405 deadlift at 15. To be fair I am 6’1 and 270lbs but keep up the good work man

Christian Galvan Powerlifting and weightlifting are 2 different things. If you get 15lbs out of a bench shirt, your form needs work. You may benefit from learning how to communicate with people like a normal person. You wouldn't fool anyone if you said that you actually go around talking to people in real life like you do on the internet. This all just makes you look like a fake.
