nord ce 4 is better. You won't see much difference in performance between these two phones. Also selfie camera is way better on nord ce 4. Nord 3 has heating issue and provides less battery backup when compared to nord ce 4.
I won't take the risk of motherboard problem so I choose green line issue 😂
