2008 Roadtrek 210 Versatile For Sale 10-10-2023

As the title states, this is a 2008 RT210V based off the Chevy 3500 chassis.
Mileage? 59,500
Generator hours is at 88 but do occasionally use the home
Good awning
Electric couch folds down for sleeping 2
No leaks and I mean "no" roof leaks
Good/excellent paint and clear coat!
Updates to the home since March 2023?
1) Michelin Tires with under 4000 miles since install
2) Macerator Hose replaced
3) New Water Pump - September 2023
4) New Brake Controller
5) Two rear cameras with 1 monitor
6) 3rd seat behind passenger replaced by a tall cabinet (seat included)
7) USB port chargers in the front
8) New TV and DVD player installed
All works fine on the Class B RV.
