Beebo: Flamin Beebo (Same argument as you. The Beebo heading to The Sun makes skin look amazing!)
Beetrice: Booker (I prefer Booker because I didn't think Frozen Bee was as beautiful as Booker)
Wizard: Rainbow Cartoony Wizard (There's nothing to say, it's just perfect!)
Quinn: Carol (Same case as Rainbow Cartoony Wizard)
Bunny: Strawbunny (Bunny is very cute at all levels in this skin!)
Lure: Evil Lure (I loved how they really left a really evil touch on Lure, very different from the other "evil" skins)
Wafer: Fancy Wafer (The colors are very pretty and eye-catching and I liked that they put a cup in place of Wafer's hat on the max level!)
Voca: Virtual Idol (The first levels are normal but after level 3 the skin becomes very beautiful!)
Nuki: Inverted (I know Nuki doesn't have a skin but I like Inverted on Nuki)
Slime King: Yolk Slime King (I like how the fire effects manifest on the slimes and I think they're cute!)
Kart Kid: Miner Kid and Winter Kid (The two skins are together for the same reason. These skins really matched Kart kid's personality)
Stella: Tutoro (I always wanted Tutoro to become a skin one day and I liked it even more when I found out it was for Stella, so I think it's great that Tutoro matched with her!)
Chef: Toy Soldier (I really like the hero cookies that come out of Chef's gun when he hits his enemies!)
Yasuke: Slasher and Synth (The max levels are incredible and the skins really suit Yasuke!)
Hot-dog Frank: Chef Frank (Frank looks really adorable and cute in this skin!)
Byte: Hive Byte (I have nothing to say. THE SKIN IS VERY BEAUTIFUL!)
Fracture: Evil Fracture (I like the skin because of the Boss, which is my favorite Halloween Boss)
Scientist: Dark Energy (The colors are incredible and wonderful!)
Soda Pop: Demolitionist (I loved that Demolitionist became a skin, even more so for Soda Pop who is an incredible hero in my opinion!)
Volt: Cauldron Volt (THE SKIN IS SIMPLY EVERYTHING! BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND AMAZING DESIGN!)
Keith: Candle Keith (I loved how Keith uses fire to attack enemies, in fact, this skin of his also suited Halloween well)
Branch: Fall Branch (The colors are very beautiful!)
Oddport: Trick or Treaters/Halloween Gang (Same thing as Cauldron Volt)
Spectre: Spook Plush, S80 Spectre and Weeping Spectre (Same reasons as Cauldron Volt too)
Discount Dog: Pet Rock (I loved this creative idea of making a rock for animals as skin lol)
Hayes: Purple Hatsy (Same reason as Virtual Idol)
Maitake: Gloomtake (Same reason as Cauldron Volt again!)
Dumpster Child: Candy Child and Present Child (Same reason as Fall Branch)
El Goblino: Goblin (I loved how they used a common enemy in an incredible skin for both El Goblino and Frank!)
Lemonade Cat: Snow Cones and Niko (The skins are very detailed and also beautiful!)
Jester: Jack Box, CAT and Imp (I liked how these enemies became skins for Jester!)
Sparks Kilowatt: Bunny Sparks (Same reason as Virtual Idol too!)

people just choose monkey pop because they are nuts with the default design somehow I would use it in default mode but I have demolitionist so I don't us rite in default mode but the default has good looks I see other using default in that way too

My opinion on what I would change:
Ice Bee > Booker
Seek or Festive or Stump > Twig
Fish tank or Haunted > Toaster
Bloxer > Impwick (slight bias, but I dont like Impwick that much, and yet I still own it.)
Goblin Hotdog frank > Strawberry
Alistair > Reg lure
Crime bot > Virtual defender (virtual defender is good, but I like how small crime bot is)
Ice Brain > Skull king slime (Ice brain is just better... would you rather have a giant skull ramming into your enemies, or a sentient block of ice wearing a torpical shirt and sandals.)
Graffiti > Monkey pop
Steam spectre > Spook plush
Cog volt, seer volt, cauldron > Gemstone
Again, this is my opinion so take it with a grain of salt
all of this is just subjective so i can’t really tell you if you’re right or wrong
except for that chef take impwick is an insanely good skin
