I’m 62 with psoriatic arthritis. I’ve been working out again and slowly getting my strength back after a year long debilitating flare. I’m trying out 5 min on the heavy bag as part of my workouts. Never knew how to throw a jab, so it’s fantastic to learn the correct from the start. Wish me luck!

What’s cool is that if your a beginner like me, and waiting for your gear you just ordered, there’s content that teaches you some of the basics that you can practice with no equipment! Also free content for people who haven’t bought from your site... dope! Keep sharing!!

This is another great video. I don’t seem to generate any power in my jab, probably because I’m need to work on it more. This video helped me a lot so tomorrow night I’ll work on this. Thanks!

I have a decent amount of experience (3-4 years), but what I struggle with the most is continuously reminding myself to get a little lower while I'm boxing, I tend to straighten my legs and stand up a bit more as the workouts go on, but I know that I generate more power with legs bent a nice amount.

I need the secret to the kronk gym / emmanuel steward jab!!! Kudos for mentioning wladimir. Emmanuel changed that boy into a menace with a larry holmes jab that was absolutely brutal. Tommy ..you're a superb teacher. So happy I found fight camp!!!
