Thanks for another great video. Personally, I found the 2's to be better overall. I like the 1's, but the 2's are an upgrade. The main difference was the aesthetics. There's been a couple of nice colourways on the 2's, but the 1's as a whole are nicer. I also had to size up on the 1.0, but I went true to size on the 2.0 and they fit perfectly. Also, here's a little hack for you regarding the slipping of the tongue. You see how there's all them "triangle-like" holes on the tongue of the 2.0?? Thread the laces through them. They fit, and they will lock in the tongue to the point of 0 movement. I'm not sure if Nike did it on purpose, or whether it was designed like that as a multipurpose feature (ventilation and lace/tongue support). But believe me, it works. If you're not sure what I mean, let me know, I'll see if I can explain it better lol. Thanks again
@@abrahamsheitelman4479 Yeah I own both. GT 2.0 in my opinion definitely has a better outsole than the 1’s. I feel like they “stick” better. Which I’m pretty sure is the smear traction 1.0 they added. The GT 1’s are also top tier traction. Overall, I’d prefer the performance on the 2.0’s, but I’d prefer the overall aesthetics of the 1.0. I wish Nike would change the overall aesthetic back to a slimmer design, just like the Sabrina’s that release.
@@abrahamsheitelman4479at first yes it’s bad, after a while of playing, about a week or two. You will be set. You just gotta kinda grind down the rubber if yk what I’m saying as you play. And eventually it gets squeakier as you play. Hope this helps

Never played in the 1 and avoided the 2 for a long time because I have wide feet but golly gee willickers I got a pair of the 2s end of last month and they might be my favorite shoe the fit is great as well
@@abrahamsheitelman4479 gotta break it in and it’s money. Before you get them broken in I recommend warming them up a little before games by just squeaking them like 10-15 times each foot to get them going.

2’s are better. Only the 1’s have that Kobe-ish hype, same thing what most of the chinese brand are also banking on i.e. Player 1 brand and Lining WOW 808.
I like the look of the 1s but as you mentioned the prices are silly - £4-500 I’ve seen them for. I really want to try the 2s but refusing to pay the current asking price of £165 - I’ll be using them for Netball and my top end is £100/120 unless I REALLY want them. Thanks for the video.

Assuming you own both, i heard gt cut 2 has a bad squeak or traction. Is that true?
