    Yes. Apple’s algorithm seems to to underestimate cycling activity.
    My Garmin puts me at 51, I don’t think my FTP is much over 175, which puts me at around 2.9w/kg by weight. But at 67, I’m good with that.

    Nice video 👍 but background music is too loud and makes the voices difficult and distracting to listen to

    My Vo2 max is 63 (actual) vs 53 (garmin)

    Not sure how Garmin work it out as it seems to be so varied. My FTP is around 320 but Garmin gives me a 53 at 4.1watts per kilo for a 25 yo male

      It will some kind of algorithm, but it was not far out from 52 so happy with the results! Your FTP is insane you must be quick. I will do another test at the end of the Summer to see if I have improved or not

      Pretty sure it works on 12ml O2 per watt / body weight (kg). Its actually pretty accurate unless someone is ridiculously inefficient. Also requires a suitable effort with enough duration. If you dont ride hard, it wont be an accurate max.
