Well without a doubt I think that this collection deserves a 10 out of 10 rating because virtually all the trucks shown here are mainly of ones I had never seen before and I personally find 1980s trucks more recognisable as each one had its own individual design and I very rarely see any Danish registered trucks (Lastebiler) on Britain's roads nowadays especially since the cessation of Ferries from Esbjerg to Harwich. These pictures really do take me back to 1983/1984 when I saw loads of trucks from Denmark tramping along on the M6 motorway as well as occasionally ones from Sweden and Norway also.
They did like a big head board... Many of those trucks made their way to the early Peterborough Truckfests... Mark Goddard was Mr Beast. I was Mr Draw Bar. We had a special name for Geoff Byford, and Graham Cordener was AH MA Head....

Every one who drove trucks in the 80s drove the best trucks no autos X electronics you had to be able to change gear these are proper trucks
Yeah you say that from here today. But that time trucking was one hell of a job to do. There was a no air conditioner no heater, no retarder no proper brakes, no abs or stability traction control, super loud cabin noise uncomfortable beds, super heavy steering wheel and more. It was just a nightmare those drivers was real badass ones compare to today.
