Sangee,ma after watching ur dhokla recipe,it was so tempting for me to try at once .As it's first trial,I tried with one small glass.OMG, I was so thrilled when it came out with perfect texture like urs.After seasoning with mustard and green chille and other ingredients,I just tasted one piece.it was so tasty that kept on eating one by one and kept some for my daughter to give her a pleasant surprise.The process is not at all very complicated as I thought. Kem Cho Sister? Dhokla saras che.. Tips.instead of water add buttermilk.add 1 spoon nimbu juice. Add one spoon garam oil. Mix or rotate the batter one side. Keep it aside for 1/2 hr. Add eno salt or sodium bicarbonate when you put the batter container inside the vessel. Add adhu ,Mirchi paste. Spongy dhokla male che.!!!

Rice with spice less ...tomato rice,carrot rice ...my children's did not touch the variety rice....I watch all your reciepe but I tried 10 reciepe ....your single single tips we followed....please make how to make variety rice in taste of children's to willingly eat....we did not eat non veg only veg....he scold me why are you make boring cooking what can I do mam
