I’m already a working barber but I appreciate this content. Some days I still get lost and these videos help me get back to the fundamentals. Thanks, Eddie!
I finally got to meet Eddie, and of course got a fire haircut from him. But not only that we had a conversation since I want to become a barber after working in the restaurant business for 20 years. This man has a great shop, great vibe humble great guy. And he even went as far as blessing me with some clippers to encourage me to keep going forward with the barber school. Thank you so much Eddie that meant alot to me, it's people like you that make a difference and sometimes don't get the recognition. Thanks for everything once again.
@Judah Blendz Second time was a charm, I PASSED!!! I got to say it wasn't easy, the stuff you don't think you need to study like manicures, pathogens, hair color & basic chemistry (study) good luck
Hi Eddie I have completed my barber school Saturday 50% of my work in school your videos have help me through it thank you very much an now I'm in a barber shop part time and still doing my job thank you .
I’m a new barber who just got into my first shop and your videos are what I wished I learned in school! Easy to understand and I love how you continue to stress important information throughout the video. Really jams it into my head! Appreciate you taking the time to make these videos they truly are helpful!
Gotta hand it to you, bro. I've been a Barber for nearly 40 yrs now. I teach as well. Your enthusiasm and devotion to teaching young talents is beyond reproach. Nice job. Keep it up!
Bro your awesome! You deserve way more viewers! You're always giving out amazing tips and lessons for for free to the public! Keep doing your thing bro!
Just started cutting my family’s hair during the pandemic and I’ve been slowly learning. I’m so happy to have found your channel this morning!!! I’ve watched a few videos so far and I can tell I’m going to learn a lot!
I feel that i have a unique way of setting up my fades. I debulk with a 2 blade detachable and then I use my clipper in the open position up to where my usual open taper guideline will be at. Almost like im doing a shadow fade. I do this because it gives me a lot of space to do an easy c scoop flick of the open taper guideline. A lot of times it ends up letting me skip the .5 guard entirely. Not only that but it makes all the hair underneath easy to bald out or fade out because its at an .5 length also. So after i set that in i just close my clipper all the way and make my 0 line and bald it out. And do whatever you prefer from there. It is super efficient and over the years i have found this is the fastest way to setup a skin fade for me personally.
@@pickleforknwiggles634 just think of a detachable length as a guard size lower. So a 2 blade is about a 1.5 closed. A 1 blade is like a half guard closed
Yes indeed another great one for us. I think 🤔 I’m getting there bro. not scared at all of clipper over comb anymore 🙌🏾, thanks to you. Awesome news that the lives are coming back 👏🏾!!! Thanks buddy

i’m a women and there are zero barbers around, and i love how men do their hair and would like to learn. so here i am….!

So the number 2 detachable cuts shorter than your clipper in the open position? I have a hard time with the length on these detachables.
