- Andalusian foal meets stallion for the first time. The stallion has been with the mare for a few years and knows her well, and is also used to being with his foals. He is just very happy to see them, and the foal is very curious.
I love how big the field is! These horses are lucky to have owners like these. They are allowed to interact with each other naturally and they have enough space to roam.
That (this?) were my first thoughts, too🙂

I love this video you can see the stallion showing the colt how to run fast and buck and stop and pose to get their attention and perform again for them both. horses have feelings for each other they are a family. Thank you for letting them be horses
That’s not what the stallion is doing. In the beginning, we see the mother and stallion with their heads close together. They often do this to see if the other is threat. The stallion wanted to breed with the mare, but the mare was a new mother and therefore did not want to breed. Because of this, the stallion became angry and ran away.
This is amazing ♡ he obviously doesn't care about just mating. He loves her very much.
I love that. So cute. Wish all guys were like this
She is not ready for mating, she is still nursing her foal. He has to wait for her right mating scent.
Love greys. That little colt is a beauty. You could almost see him thinking looking at his Dad, I'm going to be that handsome someday.
i'm not sure that stallions only care about mating. this video shows the contrary. thank you Ellen for sharing it with us.
Studs are the ones who only care about mating and most stallions
Dad is showing off his excitement 😂
How beautiful they are the most gorgeous animal on this earth
So beautiful, but cut the music rather hear the horses and nature.
I don't know a lot about horses, so I didn't know that two white horses can produce a black one together. What a beautiful family.
ah there is a type of horse, it's called Lipizzaner, where all the foals dark brown and as they get older all of them became white :)
This response is super late, but "white" horses don't actually start out white! Most white horses are actually gray -- they start out with a darker coat, which gradually turns gray and then lightens as the horse gets older. Given that this beautiful colt's parents are both grays, it's possible that they looked like him when they were little and he probably turned out gray too :)
@@ambrosia1111 or any horse that’s white
The foal will get white when its grown its just black when young
Hahaha yes is true 👍🏻probably isn't his and just cheated on him 🤣
What a delightful video to watch! I never knew stallions mark their territory like he did in the clip
The mare doesn't take any chances. She shows she's always there for her baby.
beautiful great horses
A beautiful video of beautiful animals. Thank you for sharing.

they are born black and lighten with age, typical in horses like the Lipizzaner

Doesnt anyone own Appaloosas???
white + white grey = black?
how could the foal be black? :s
They become white...called a grey...and grey color is blue
My goal was born black and stayed black. This doesn’t seem possible AND this IS NOT a stallion in this video.
lmao something fishy, mare cheated on dad with black stallion
Please never do this at home with your horses stallions can kill foals
Stallions do not kill their own foals. A stallion will kill the foals of a previous herd's stallion if he takes over the herd, which may include his own foals if he previously mated with one of the mares before taking over. But a stallion will not kill the foals of his own herd's mares, and in fact will often times even take his own colts to patrol the herd with him.
stallion only cares about mating >.
No
There's nothing more beautiful in this world then a happy horse !
Your horses are absolut wonderful
This is one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen.
Look at him showing off for them! XD
Love those two, clearly loving & amazing that Dad recognizes his offspring. I know foal smells like the mare & stallion knows that smell but look how foal wants to romp w/ dad - cant take his eyes off his dad & mom gets between them when dad too frisky. Just amazing! Another mare there? Thanks for longer video!!!
This is one of my favorite horse videos. I'm saving this for ME! Why don't we get this on tv???
That Stallion is B-E-A-U-T-Y-F-U-L-L😍😍🤗🤗!!!!
Stallion protecting his foul! Cute.
Beautiful Creatures perfect family
the Stallion also taught the colt he needs to show respect and then he does show respect wow
I wonder -- are those string fences safe? They seem to respect the fence, but if one did not, it would be easy for their legs to get tangled up in the rope. I am just wondering and asking the question, not criticizing.
The string fences are electrified, so yeah they respect them. After getting shocked once they won't try them again unless they absolutely think the fence is off.

Or they have a blanket on... 😉
1:00 it's not my son!!
Im Love that horses end that nature
Is it common that foals aren't the same colour as their parents?
Anja yes
how is the foal black and both parents are white? that's obviously not acually his real dad😉
MeAndAcey 11 Colour genetics is fascinating and can be very complex.
Interestingly with some breeds like Andalusians, the offspring are born bay or black and the usually turn grey over time (not always). But both those adult horses would have been born dark.
If those are that foals parents he will turn grey eventually.
This is quite common with any grey horse to be born either dark grey, black or bay and lighten over time.
Listen Up Ok thank you😄
AceOfSpades 'N' Eye 16 some horses are born black and gray out when getting older
It's the same as humans.. both parents were black, the woman didn't cheat as she even had a DNA test since her baby came out white... then two white couples had a black baby. It's genetics. It happens.
