  • Back in 2014 we took two Toyota Tundras, a new 2014 model and a 2007, on huge road trip over one of the roughest roads in the Canadian North, the Trans-Labrador Highway.

I drive my 2010 mb r350 move from toronto to whitehorse this year january. 5500km total. from edmonton to whitehorse, the temperture is -40c with big snow. I also tow a uhaul trailer. it's very hard to drive a lower car in coldest snow weather in north bc mountain road. after this trip, my car is fine just need change tire and new windshield. but bucause too cold, the trailer broke light wire and uhaul charge me $25 for wire. I want change to a midsize truck this winter because my r350 stuck in this winter first snowstorm even it has 4X4 and air suspension, but whitehorse dealer sell their truck with msrp or higher price. I can't pay a midtruck for 60K after tax price also 10k higher than edmonton dealer price.

The trust factor and peace of mind is huge and the main reason I have always and always will buy toyotas. My 4runner has never let me down, literally never! And I’ve driven all over the country back and forth and back and forth in some of the most remote places where if your rig breaks down you are screwed. What a fantastic trip. Over 20,000 miles and we never had one issue with the truck and we were pulling a 25’ travel trailer. The larger fuel tank was a blessing since fuel was scarce along the way.

What a great trip. Thanks for all your efforts putting it together.I currently own a Sequoia,4Runner and Tacoma.I'll probably be replacing my old 2000 GMC with a Tundra sometime this year.

I've decided a Tundra will be next truck. The Gladiator just isn't big enough. I know the platform is dated and a new gen is coming out next year but I like really want just a simple v8 and not the turbo v6. Less moving parts means less things that break. I'm trying to decide if I should grab a 21 while there is probably some end of year deals going on or just wait until the 22's come out
