Oh Lisa! It's so lovely...I saw marble right away! And hey you mentioned my name... - even though it was because you made a mess - I call that a WIN haha. My husband walked in on my laughing and talking to you through the computer, I think he thinks I'm kinda weird 😂😘
I think it’s beautiful! Took me at least half the video to get over incredulity: LISA DOING A MICA LINE???!!! 😱 I will miss your videos, but look forward to your return 💕
He, he I know, I still dislike them but not as much. I will still try to get videos up but may miss the off week, hopefully not for long though
We'll miss you, Lisa! Best of luck on your projects and we'll be waiting right here when you return. All the best from North Carolina, USA.
Gorgeous. As I said before, almost exactly like my new kitchen counters! I don't have as much gold, more of a white/black/grey color scheme. I'll miss you!
LOVE IT! Officially marble or not. It's beautiful!
When you said "mica line"...... 😉😁
I think your soap is beautiful. I will miss your videos, but can't wait for you to return.
No, that's very marble looking to me and I have several marble statuettes, all yellow marble. If it had come out more uniform and evenly, I would not have the same opinion. But this is only my opinion. Well done Lisa, you know I watch a few channels and I'm sure you're familiar with Terry from TreeMarie, her marble soap and yours look the most like real marble to me.
In defense of Tammy: Nothing has broken or been spilled since the guitar string! 🤣 I do love her.
You will be well missed, I shall have to re-watch the Playlist 🤣🤣🤣, I wish you success on your projects and a happy return.
How did I miss this video!? Such a beautiful design as always! We love your shampoo bars, by the way! You really don’t need to use much at all ☺️
We will miss you while away xx
Take all the time you need. Will be here when you get back.
Beautiful soap.
Thank you so much!
It looks great to me
Lisa, you are the Leonardo da Vinci of soaps for me. In a way just, it tells me that I' m too far from your skills with soaps. Maybe for this reason, I developed what my son described as "functional" soaps... Congratulations and go ahead with your projects! Well done!
Gorgeous💕 Your soaps always are perfection. Tammy at Walnut Creek, she is so funny. Love her
Thanks Lori, yes Tammy is fab, I love her too
It's very pretty soap! It makes me want to try a marble effect again. The last time I tried it the soap was far too thick, and it ended up with big blobs of black and white. I call it the cow soap.
He, he, I can just imagine that
Better than bacon soap.
Your videos are really comforting to me, i like your voice, and watching you work is relaxing. Sometimes i fall asleep listening to you, i hope you don't mind. Your videos aren't boring at all, sometimes i have a hard time sleeping and your voice makes me feel calm.
I love your creativity, and your organization/planning, seeing you bring everything together is a joy.
I know this sounds strange but this is my favourite out of all the soaps you have ever made. Simple but stunning. I will definitely give this a go at home.
Thanks so much. I hope you did have a go and hope it turned out well
Love this! The top looked like agate and cuts like marble. I very much enjoy your creativity! Cheers from North Carolina in the US!
I think it's really beautiful! I will miss your videos, but I hope you are able to get all caught up and I'll look forward to your return! 🥳
So so beautiful. Thanks for showing up
Hi from Florida! I like this marble design technique! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much!
I think it looks very marble-y! Normally I don't like gold (I prefer silver), but it's the perfect touch here to complement the black and white.
I'll miss having my Saturday morning breakfast with you -- or at least your videos! -- while you're off working on other projects, but that just means I'll be even more excited when you return!
This is my favourite soap ever!
It's very pretty, I love black and white soaps but the gold gives it another dimension. Enjoy the"break", that will give us time to rewatch some of the old videos!
Ha! That's the same reason I did the river stones in that challenge. This turned out really nice! Well Done!
Thanks Jim. 😉
Good luck on your projects!! Will miss you😭
ΤΕΛΕΙΟΟΟΟΟΟΟ!!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Hi Lisa! 👋
Maybe it wasn't exactly what you wanted but it really is a gorgeous soap! 😍
I love it. I’m gonna try it as well. Thanks Lisa!
It looks nice Lisa.
Absolutely loved this video Lisa. What a gorgeous soap :)
They look delightful 💖
I am just in awe of your talent! Katie Carson from Royalty Soaps recommended your channel a while ago and I'm thrilled she did. Every single video is more impressive than the next. 🤍
Just discovering your videos and they are so great. This marble is just superb, whether officially marbre or not.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much Juliette that's very kind of you.
❤ love your design, and enjoy your very helpful videos every single time!
Thank you so much!
Very nice! And not too hard of a pour.
This is a gorgeous result. I personally love the result. Super cool!
Looks gorgeous! Definitely going to try this!
It is very nice. I’m going to have to try it! Thank you for your wonderful designs, you are an artist!
Thanks so much 😊
Spectacular 😍🥰
Thank you! 😃
It is a lovely soap Lisa … …ummmm no videos on my days off 😱 will I cope … probably but look forward to your posts when they do pop up again … take care
Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much!
Great soap! Hope you’ll be able so finish your projects soon, enjoy the process!
I hope so too! Thanks so much
It’s pretty 🤩
Those turned out really cool looking! And I have seen marble slabs that looked very similar to your design.
This soap reminds me of the ocean.
Ooh yes. I can see that
I think it looks fabulous, Lisa. I thought I was the only soaper that doesn’t like mica lines so it is refreshing to hear that my guru isn’t keen either. I don’t trust that the bar could break along the mica line. Is there a more scientific reason for you or is it aesthetics? Have fun on your big project.
Well done…
Lisa, Lisa, Lisa!!!!!! I wish I had different words to say about this. I feel like I say the same thing every time!! But every time you blow my expectations out of the water! I need to stop having any expectations.....This was fabulous and I watched it a million times!!!!! What I do need to know is...how long did it take you to do each bar???? And also, thanks for that song again...lol...it's my favorite!!!
Hey Sabrina, thanks so much, so pleased you like it. This was actually quite a quick pour for me, I guess the whole thing only took about 30 minutes
I woder if it was cut horizobtally if it would have looked more like marble.. beautiful reffardles🙂
Regardless
Cool technique! Did you make the mica drizzle with your batch oils, or is it just extra SF!
Hi Debbie, yes with a bit of oil from my batch
What lipstick are you wearing at the start of video?
Sorry. I have no idea
Too bad you didn’t cut it horizontally, I think it would have been more marbled, the top was very marbles
I did cut a few of the horizontally but the design was surprisingly better this way, I guess as I poured it with the intention of a vertical pour. But you are correct you can get some good designs that way
I guess it would have been "marblier" if you have cut them horizontally. But hey, it's such a pretty soap!
