This is so deep BR. Really enjoyed! And made me go back to that time when I watched Kuruthipunal for the first time and was blown away.
BR's analysis superb. There are a couple of things which are unique to this movie is (1) This is the first Indian/Tamil movie where I saw a rocket missile after firing is not seen while travelling to hit the target (That Minister assassination by Krishna) It just zips fast and u can see only a faint image. Before u know what happened its all over. (2) In one scene that Prasad inspector wd tell Nasser "Krishna vandhachu) and the next scene krishna padha kolam during Gokulashtami celebration in Kamal's house. (3) The yelling of Kamal (adi vayathulerndhu) to Inspector Prasad "They are responsible . . . I am responsible . . . Any qns?" (4) Code boy "Dhanush" after keeping Arjun's body on the ground, before covering with a white cloth, removes a small grass type of object from the closed eyes of Arjun and pays his respects with a salute - wav what a thought Man? Wd this scene not have been complete without that small piece of action? But the loyal soldier "Dhanush" (eventhough indirectly responsbile for Arjun's death) cannot bear to see that small grass object on the eyes of his superior. Ofcourse, Mr BR cannot cover so many things in 15 mins video, nevertheless what I enjoyed and made me see this movie again and again I shared. Thank you.

Not trying to throw shade at BR, but it's quite obvios he's a HUGE Kamal Hassan fan HAHAHAHAHAHAH.
I dont think Baradwaj Rangan being a fan of Kamal Haasan has no bearing on his assessment/observations nor credibility of Kurthipunal as a movie..
Manalane mangaiyin bakyam's music director is whom Kamal is named after. I don't understand the value it adds to a movie or a story. Is forcing such a connection worth it for a movie?
