Ok...so sometimes I can reply to comments and sometimes I can't. Odd CZcams, odd. Anyways, as far as panels go, you can go to any panel that doesn't have an age restriction. Examples being 18+ and 21+ panels. Those you need a photo ID proving you are of age. You cannot go in with someone who is over 18. Most panels I've seen aren't 18+. Panelstuck has done one 18+ but most are all ages.
