Hmm... I'd disagree. The Singer is totally a different realm compared to American Idol. Every week, every contestant brings a whole production-level rendition on that show. Stage full of effects and a full-on live band who delivers on every single song. If you're gonna compare it to American Idol, every week, every episode would be like an American Idol grand finale--it's that showy. Showmanship is definitely an edge in there, and not the candid kind, but the grand kind.
KZ had to up her game such that every rendition on that show was definitely concert-class, even for her.
She's going International! She'll be releasing her 3rd album and penetrating the US market yo!
She's currently touring America, right?

KZ always takes a song and takes it apart adds some twists and turns infuses it with her seeming limitless and volatile energy and BOOM!, out comes 'Royals' 5.0 because it has a vision that is light years ahead of anything else anybody has done. I said it before she is a force of nature, so strap in, buckle up and enjoy the ride 'cause she is a definite 'E' ticket ride.
KZ may not be as great belter as the likes of Morisette and Ms Velardo but I must say that she is a true blue ARTIST. She never copies any original song. She makes them her own and that’s incredible!
