First, give proper and dependsable leadership for the group you claim to lead. Then create confidence and trustworthyness in the society. Then tell us that it is only through the gov't that every security force should be commanded. By then, Fano, which is part and parcel of the society, will accept your leadership. So, first thing first: 1. Stop the killing and displacement of the Amharas by the few extremist groups in Wollega. 2. Stop the attack and burning of cities and villages by Shene in Wollo. 3. Enforce a law and take a meaure on the extremist groups in your party who stop the free flow of peaceful Amharas from gojam and Wollo to Addis for their normal business duties, or for medical treatment, or for any day to day activities. 4. Your party should stop and replace the hate curriculum against Amharas in some regions. Don't expect love from a person who grew up drinking hate like a milk. 5. Let your party take a decisive measure on corrupt "civil servants" and "office holders" who are making life unbearanbe for ordinary citizens. 6. Sale all V8 vehicles that are bought by stealing the budget from the poor. For God's sake, isn't a vitz or a toyota corrola not enough for an office holder to commute from home to work? In summary, I am not asking your party to accomplish an impossible task. I am asking a very simple favour for this poor but humble people, who doesn't even sign an agreement on a peper for contract works and trusts people without any guaranty or legal cranch. For God's sake, we are tired of your inactions. Be serious and take the appropriate measures on the issues I listed above. Then people will have confidence on your party's leadership and will stand by your side whatever you order them to do. Fano will drop their arms and will go back to their normal life. Currently, they are adamant to obey you because the public does not have trust and confidence on your party's leadership. Based on the sufferings that the Amhara population has been bearing for the last 30 tears, particularly the last 3 years, Fano and the public at large believe that self-arming is the only way to protect their loved ones and themselves.
I am not sure this guy is Meles Zenawi's cousin. I tried to check his grand father name and Meles Zenawi's grand father is the same. We need real biography of this guy.
You need to earn the trust of the people first. No body trust you and your team. Because the track record of Amhara leaders is being a horse for the central government.
